Well – welcome to The Guide services, designed on that same concept. I want to get into your physical office / store / shop / place of business and see what’s going wrong. This service is highly personalised and unique and the best way to figure out what’s going wrong. I look at branding, marketing, advertising, customer service and experience as well as team and store feel. I will spend time with you, be in store and researching behind the scenes to before revealing to you my findings.
